Iridescent gold with a luminous core. Baking aromas of gingerbread as well as dried and caramelised fruit come to the fore stitched together with a lemon zest perfume and freshness. The palate is intense and complex offering baked apple, salted caramel, roasted hazelnuts and a discreet note of honey. The mid-palate and finish show breadth as well as bright acidity making the wine perfect for enjoyment now and for a few years to come.
