Oude Molen Solera is created in a traditional Spanish Solera system using exactly 54 specially selected old sherry casks arranged horizontally in 3 tiers. 4 year old brandy is introduced to the top tier and batches of 18% aged brandy are extracted from the bottom tier to produce this deluxe brandy.
